Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 04/11/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/10/2025, Donna Teresa Weston of 80 Thornton Drive, Hesketh Bank, Preston PR4 6FH, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Donna Teresa Forshaw and assumed the name Donna Teresa Weston.
