Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/10/2025, Anthony Steven Paul Monk-Helme of 4 Belmont Farm, Cliff Road, Hessle, Hull HU13 0HB, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Anthony Steven Paul Monkman and assumed the name Anthony Steven Paul Monk-Helme.
