Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/10/2025, Cheryl Denise Wells of 2 Dennants View, Old Hakin Road, Haverfordwest SA61 1XG, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Cheryl Denise Sohl and assumed the name Cheryl Denise Wells.
