Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/10/2025, FAITH DEMI PATTEN of 4 BLAKE Road, CREWKERNE, SOMERSET TA18 8EE, single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name FAITH DEMI LOADS and assumed the name FAITH DEMI PATTEN.
