Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 06/10/2025, Benjamin George Garside of 93 Mount Avenue, Mount, Huddersfield HD3 3XS, single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Benjamin George Horner and assumed the name Benjamin George Garside.
