The Department for Infrastructure (“the Department”) proposes to make an order vesting certain lands in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.

The Department proposes to acquire the lands to provide a footway between Millreagh Drive and Carrowreagh Road, Dundonald. A map of the lands may be inspected, by appointment, during office opening hours at the offices of the Department, Roads – Eastern Division, Hydebank House, 4a Hospital Road, Belfast, BT8 8JL and Roads Headquarters, James House, 2-4 Cromac Avenue, Belfast, BT7 2JA. Anyone who wishes to object to the proposed vesting order being made must write to the Divisional Roads Manager, Department for Infrastructure, Roads – Eastern Division, Hydebank House, 4a Hospital Road, Belfast, BT8 8JL or e-mail lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 16 January 2026, giving their reasons.
