Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12/11/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/10/2025, I, Emma Maria Butler, 10 Queens Road, Tisbury, Salisbury, SP3 6JN Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Emma Maria Butler-Holmes and assumed the name of Emma Maria Butler.
