Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/10/2025, I, Verity Ann Cammack, 9 Beechlands Close Hartley Longfield DA3 8AB, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 11 (1)of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lesley Ann Cammack and assumed the name of Verity Ann Cammack.
