Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 01/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/10/2025, I, Nuwan Indika Udagama , 6 Clarence Road Ipswich IP3 9LH , Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 6 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Nuwan Indika Sumana Udagamage Udagama Durayalage and assumed the name of Nuwan Indika Udagama .
