Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/02/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/10/2025, I, Courtney Louise Elliott, 5 Ionic Street Birkenhead CH42 2BL, Single British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Courtney Louise Thomas and assumed the name of Courtney Louise Elliott.
