Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/10/2025, I, Emily Elizabeth Stelmach, 3 Jesson Way Carnforth LA5 9UR, Single British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Emily Elizabeth Waller and assumed the name of Emily Elizabeth Stelmach.
