Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the above-named Scheme intends to wind up the Scheme.

The Trustee wishes to identify any person who believes that they are, or may be, a member, beneficiary or other person entitled to benefits under the Scheme and who has not previously been contacted or made a claim in relation to it.

Any such person is required to send written particulars of their membership or entitlement to the address below on or before 20th January 2026.

After this date, the Trustee will proceed with the finalisation and wind-up of the Scheme, and the Scheme’s remaining funds will be transferred into termination bonds held in the names of the current known beneficiaries.

The Trustee will not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to him before that date.
