Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 02/10/2025, I, MULONGWE MWELWA IERNYE, 3 Walwyn Place St. Mellons Cardiff CF3 0PU, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of MULONGWE MWELWA and assumed the name of MULONGWE MWELWA IERNYE.
