NOTICE FOLLOWING A BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order of District Judge Banks made in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Case Number CR-2025-MAN-001627 on 24 November 2025 and sealed on 2 December 2025 that Penny McCoull of ASM Recovery, Glenhead House, Port of Menteith, Stirling, FK8 3LE (IP No. 9544)  and Gordon Neil McIntyre of Wbg Services LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP (IP No. 30830) (‘the Outgoing Officeholders’) shall, with immediate effect, be removed from office in respect of the insolvency cases listed in the Schedule below and shall be replaced by George Dylan Lafferty of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU george.lafferty@btguk.com (IP No 9584) in respect of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 1 below and the cases where indicated in Schedule 1 Part 2 below and by Kevin Mapstone of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Ground Floor East Suite, Exchange Place 3, 3 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL kevin.mapstone@btguk.com (IP No 25750) in respect of the cases where indicated in Schedule 1 Part 2 below:
