1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames on 1 December 2025 made the following Order The Kingston upon Thames (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 33) Order 2025. under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 (insofar as applicable) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984¹, as amended and all other powers thereunto enabling.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to add properties whom would be eligible for a parking permit in Riverside Controlled Parking Zone (R) for Nos. 1 to 112 Surbiton Court, Surbiton. NOTE please see Schedule at the bottom of this notice for current charges that are subject to change.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into effect 8 December 2025 of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order and map schedules showing the location and the effects of the Order may be inspected as follows:-

(a) online at https://streets.appyway.com/kingston-upon-thames selecting the road name and restriction as detailed item 2 above

(b) Council libraries; or

(c) copies of the made Order can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 (between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays);

4. Should any individual consider that the Order exceed the authority conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any stipulation of the Act or any associated regulation has not been fulfilled, they possess the right to petition the High Court to contest the validity thereof. Such a petition must be submitted within six weeks from the date on which the Order was issued.
