Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/10/2025, I, Eleanor Grace Shawsmith, Flat 2 Burstock Lodge, 24 Burstock Road, London SW15 2PW, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Eleanor Grace Deansmith and assumed the name of Eleanor Grace Shawsmith.
