NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP on 17 December 2025 at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.
A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of KPMG between the hours of 10.30 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting.
Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Whilst there is no requirement to participate in the meeting, creditors wishing to vote must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with Peter Carty (peter.carty@kpmg.ie) or at the offices of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP no later than 4:00 pm on 16 December 2025.
The resolutions at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators, James Neill and John Donaldson are to be remunerated.
The meeting will provide information regarding the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.
Whilst there is no requirement to participate in this meeting, creditors wishing to should submit a proxy (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) by no later than 4:00 pm on 16 December 2025.
