Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/09/2025, I, Anita Marie Thomas, 9 Elder Close Uttoxeter ST14 8UR, Married/Civil Partnership British Citizen Section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Anita Marie Thomas-Epple and assumed the name of Anita Marie Thomas.
