Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/09/2025, I, Paula Hazel, 28 Cobhorn Drive Withywood Bristol BS13 9DJ, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved British Citizen Section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Paula Hazel Pring and assumed the name of Paula Hazel.
