Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/04/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/09/2025, I, BOGUMIT KAZIMIERZ POLACHOWSKI, 30 Ashdale Park Greasby Wirral CH49 3GT, Single British Citizen Section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of BOGUSZ KAZIMIERZ POLACHOWSKI and assumed the name of BOGUMIT KAZIMIERZ POLACHOWSKI.
