Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 04/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/10/2025, I, CHLOE MAE BURTON, 57 Harewood Avenue, Newark NG24 4AN, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of CHLOE MAE MORRIS and assumed the name of CHLOE MAE BURTON.
