Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02/09/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/09/2025, I, Rebecca Sarah Pugh-Sims, 75 Hassam Parade Wolstanton Newcastle ST5 9DW, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rebecca Sarah Sims and assumed the name of Rebecca Sarah Pugh-Sims.
