Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 04/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/09/2025, I, Elliott Benjamin Ashall, 16 Lowton Street Radcliffe M26 4DP, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Holly Marie Ruddick and assumed the name of Elliott Benjamin Ashall.
