Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28/12/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/10/2025, I, Travis-Jay Clayton-Madden, 35 Llanerch Road, Trinant, Newport NP11 3JY, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Travis-Jay Madden and assumed the name of Travis-Jay Clayton-Madden.
