Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14/10/2025, I, Katie Elizabeth Jade, 459 Park Avenue, Flat 33, Bushey WD23 2FW, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Katie Elizabeth Mohamed and assumed the name of Katie Elizabeth Jade.
