The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 8 January 2026. 2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £20,505 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
