Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that L&G PUT A Limited (formerly HPUT A Limited) and L&G PUT B Limited (formerly HPUT B Limited) as nominees of the L&G Managed Property Fund Unit Trust has transferred the legal title that they jointly held as a limited partner interest in the Partnership to Legal and General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited. As such, L&G PUT A Limited and L&G PUT B Limited ceased to be, jointly, a limited partner of the Partnership and Legal and General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
