Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/10/2025, I, Janie Louise Perry, Bingles, Lye Green, Crowborough, TN6 1UU Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jane Louise Perry and assumed the name of Janie Louise Perry.
