Carbon Order No. 2 Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10A of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that, in accordance with its limited partnership agreement and with effect from 20 November 2025, Carbon Order No. 2 Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership formed and registered in England and Wales with registered number LP019613 and having its principal place of business at 3 Garden Cottages, New Wardour Castle, Tisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 6SE had been dissolved and wound up.

Consequently, on or around that date, the general partner retired as general partner of the Partnership.
