STOPPING UP OF STREETS
WITTON PARADE, BLACKBURN
NOTICE Is Hereby Given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates' Court sitting at The Court House, Northgate, Blackburn on Wednesday 28th January 2026 at 2.00pm for an Order that the highways described in the following Schedule are to be stopped up on the grounds that they are unnecessary.
The Plan showing the effect of the proposed Order may be examined at the Information Desk, Town Hall, Blackburn and at the Town Hall, Darwen, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive between the hours 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays) until 28th January 2026.
