Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/10/2025, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Noah Sum Nok Sin, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 3(5) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sum Lok Sin and assumed the name of Noah Sum Nok Sin.
