Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 28/10/2025, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Willow Georgia Coppin-Simpson, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Willow Georgia Simpson and assumed the name of Willow Georgia Coppin-Simpson.
