Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 3 December 2025 (the “Effective Date”), CC2 GP (ENGLISH) LLP (the “Transferor”) transferred their entire general partner interest in Calf 2 LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP024333) (the “Partnership”) to Calf 2 GP LP (the “Transferee”) and consequently, on the Effective Date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to and became the general partner in the Partnership.
