Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/05/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/10/2025, I, LAURA JANE SIMMONS JONES, 1 Fullbrook Avenue, New Haw, Addlestone KT15 3EQ, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of LAURA JANE SIMMONS and assumed the name of LAURA JANE SIMMONS JONES.
