Notice is hereby given on 11 December 2025 the Court ordered that the appointment of Mr Andrew Bailey, a licenced insolvency practitioner, as Provisional Liquidator cease and that the provisional liquidation end.

The Costs of the Application made by the Company to remove the Provisional Liquidator shall be costs in the Winding Up Petition.

Pursuant to Insolvency Rules 7.38 and 18.16(2)(b), the remuneration and expenses of the provisional liquidator are to be determined by the Court at a hearing on a date to be fixed, on the basis of time properly spent and in accordance with the factors set out in Insolvency Rule 7.38.

The determination as to which party shall be liable to pay the remuneration and expenses of the Provisional Liquidator are reserved over until the conclusion of the Winding Up Petition.
