1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above titled Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2. The general effect of the made Order will be to introduce 1 hour no return periods in existing parking places in Bradford Road, W3, Broadway, Hanwell, Canberra Road, Canham Road, Cowley Road, Kirchin Road, Longfield Avenue, W5, Singapore Road, Stanley Gardens, The Broadway, Southall, Warple Way, Wood End Gardens, and Wood End Lane, Northolt.

3. The made Order, which will come into operation on 18 December 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
