Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/05/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11/11/2025, I, Tristan Lee Martin, 49 Spruce Tamworth B77 4ES, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Whitney Rose Martin and assumed the name of Tristan Lee Martin.
