Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 23:59 on 11 December 2025 (the "Effective Time"), EVBL (EV SME Loans Founders) LLP (the "Transferor") transferred all of its interest in ENTERPRISE VENTURES SME LOANS LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015936 (the "Partnership") (the "Transferred Interest"), to EVBL (General Partner EV SME Loans) Limited (the "Transferee"), an existing member of the Partnership, and that with effect from and including the Effective Time, the Transferee assumed all rights and obligations in respect of the Transferred Interest and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
