A Petition to wind up the above-named company D&T Surfacing and Civils Ltd (registered no. 14433180) of 248 Godstone Road, Whyteleafe, CR3 0EF, whose nature of business is construction of roads and motorways, presented on 27 November 2025 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 28 January 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
