Notice is hereby given that on 10th December 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Derek Mitchell craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 15th October 2025 to (a) be director of Douglas Street Glasgow Limited trading with the name “Moskito” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Douglas Street Glasgow Limited using the name “Moskito”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Douglas Street Glasgow Limited under the name “Moskito”; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 17th December 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
