This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 13 January 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. That the basis of the Joint Trustees’ fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the bankruptcy, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed. The meeting will be held at 14 January 2026 at 10.30 am.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting.
