For the attention of the person who left a bag containing cash, sim cards and white powder on a tube terminating at UXBRIDGE Underground Station on 24th September 2024.

I would like to inform you that the cash in this case totalling £1,365.01 was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act on Friday 10th October 2024 and an application for its forfeiture was made during a hearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.

The application was granted and the cash forfeited. There is a 30 day appeal period for this process, any appeals should be made in writing to both Birmingham Crown Court and by email to Laurie.benniston-clarke@btp.police.uk citing reference 2400120125.
