Gazette Notice Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 15 December 2025 (the “Effective Date”), CC2 GP (ENGLISH) LLP (the “Transferor”) transferred their entire interests in Cow Corner 3 LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP024318) (the “Partnership”) to Cow Corner 3 GP LP (the “Transferee”) and consequently, on the Effective Date, the Transferor ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to and became a general partner in the Partnership.
