Madreselva, Ave. El Espino, Edificio Avianca Santa Elena, La Libertad, El Salvador; (3) AVIANCA COSTA RICA S.A. of Edificio Avianca La Uruca, San José, Costa Rica; (4) AVIANCA ECUADOR S.A. of Via a Nayón y Simon Bolivar, Edificio Eckopark Torre 4 PB, Quito, Ecuador; and (5) Aviateca S.A. of Avenida Hincapié 12-22 zona 13, Guatemala, claiming to be Creditors of the Company will be heard at the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.

By Order of the High Court dated 10 December 2025, Mr Michael Leeds and Ms Kristina Kicks of Interpath Limited, 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB have been appointed as joint provisional liquidators of the Company until the final determination of the Petition or further order of the Court.
