Hansa Co-Investment Limited Partnership Registered No. LP024366 Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 17 December 2025, Bridgepoint Europe VII GP 2 Limited (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Hansa Co-Investment Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP024366, to Bridgepoint Europe VII GP LLP, an English limited liability partnership, with registration number OC438202 and its principal place of business at 5 Marble Arch, London, United Kingdom, W1H 7EJ, a general partner in the Partnership. Consequently, on that date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
