At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 18 December 2025, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily

2. That Emma Mifsud and Mark Nicholas Ranson of Opus Restructuring LLP, Fourth Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 5HN (office holder no 21070 and 9299) be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

The Ordinary Resolution to appoint Emma Mifsud and Mark Nicholas Ranson as Joint Liquidators of the Company was then rejected by the creditors. The majority of the creditors then resolved to appoint Christopher Purkiss of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP as Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up at a meeting of creditors held on 18 December 2025.
