(THE "PARTNERSHIP")Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that, in accordance with its limited partnership agreement and with effect from 15 December 2025, the Partnership has been dissolved and wound up.
Consequently, as of that date, the general partner retired as general partner of the Partnership.
