Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Cengal Private Equity Investments II Plc assigned their interest in Montagu V (Non-US) L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016267 (the “Partnership”), to Strategic Partners IX Investments – D L.P.

As a consequence of such transfer, Strategic Partners IX Investments – D L.P. were admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership, and Cengal Private Equity Investments II Plc ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
