Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 18 December 2025, Railways Pension Trustee Company Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Railways Pension Scheme and the British Transport Police Force Superannuation Fund acting by its authorised agent Railway Pension Investments Limited (“Railpen”) transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to each of Tesco Pension Trustees Limited (as trustee of the Tesco Plc Pension Scheme) (“Tesco”), Wolverhampton City Council as administering authority for West Midlands Pension Fund (“West Midlands”), City Of Edinburgh Council (acting as administering authority of Lothian Pension Fund) (“Lothian”), Falkirk Council (as administering authority of Falkirk Council Pension Fund) (“Falkirk”) and Fife Council (as administering authority of Fife Pension Fund) (“Fife” and, together with Tesco, West Midlands, Lothian and Falkirk, the “Transferees”), each Transferee being an existing limited partner in the Partnership.

Consequently, on that date, Railpen ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and each of Tesco, West Midlands, Lothian, Falkirk and Fife remained in the Partnership as a limited partner.
