Notice is hereby given that under sections 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the director of the company (the convener) is seeking decisions by way of a physical meeting of the creditors on the appointment of liquidators of the company and of a liquidation committee.

As a result of the requirement to hold a physical meeting following the lodging of objections to the deemed consent procedure by not less than 10% in value of the creditors the original procedure is superseded. In order for a creditor's vote to be valid at the meeting a proof of debt must be received no later than 16:00 on the business day before the meeting (unless the chair is content to accept a proof delivered later), failing which the creditor's vote will be disregarded.

A proxy-holder is not entitled to vote on behalf of the creditor unless the convenor or chair has received the proxy intended to be used on behalf of that creditor.
